TJVG down. It's not BMC's day today.

Wish ITV would show Paris-Roubaix next year.

Great win for Thomas yesterday, now leading Froome by 1'25". Credit to Cavendish for completing the stage over an hour behind although knew he was going to be eliminated on time.

Interesting now the team politics of Sky with Thomas and Froome, a little bit in the middle here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cycling/44877808

So should be a great stage 12. Three hors catégorie climbs: Col de la Madeleine, Col de la Croix de Fer and finishing on Alpe d’Huez. They said on ITV4 the mayor has banned beer sales in Alpe d’Huez. :( Sure the fans will have their own. :drinkers:

Should be a cracker and we're off.

Yesterday was great to watch. You know the race is on, when riders start looking at each other on the climbs, to see if they have cracked.

Must admit, I was surprised that it was Thomas who made the move yesterday. As you say Carlos, not the team has a few stark decisions to make.
Free at last, free at last, thank God almighty, we are free at last.

Absolutely fantastic and riveting stage yesterday. One of the best I can remember. Great win for "G" who has created an interesting dilemma for Team Sky now.

Looking forward to seeing the ITV highlights of the stage to Alpe d'Huez this evening. Would prefer to watch it live but bastard work gets in the way.

Got Pippa York on now. Blimey, did not know that was Robert Millar who has transitioned.

Young Bernal leading Thomas and Froome for Sky 3 mins behind Kruijswijk with 9k to go. He'll get to Dutch corner in the lead though.
