Dropping the shirking Ozil was what was needed, and Wenger never had the gumption or bottle to do that. They are playing with pace, steel, and they have some great footballers in that squad.

Plus the double substitution at the start of the second half. It changed the game, Arsene Wenger would never have done that. He could have waited until the 70 min mark, by then the game would have been gone.

One of the most stupid appointments Ive ever seen. Everyone knew he was a shit manager, but they still gave him a job.

He must be done now. He cant keep on getting jobs.

He won 3 in 22. Last year's supposed amazing escape comprised 2 wins, 2 draws and 4 defeats.

How they believed he deserved a three-year deal is beyond me.

True.

Mistakenly I welcomed him at first, because I thought he'd get some fitness and spirit back in the side.....which was so lacking under MoPe. But.. no.

We were shit, and Sparky managed to make us even shitter. That must've taken some effort.

The link with Ralph Hasenhuttl is encouraging though.
I might have done one - not sure but possible.

Supposing Fat Sam could come in just for this season and guarantee safety.
Thus, allowing them to prepare a long-term appointment who will be in place for May of next year.
Acceptable for Saints fans??

Sheffield Wednesday want him apprently. He’s had eighteen million pounds in compensation from losing his last four jobs. Pretty remarkable for a perennial loser.

Oh he will get a job all right, don’t worry ‘bout that.

They always do, those twats on the managerial merr6 go round.

Best job in the world, is high level football management.

It is the only job I can think off where failure is rewarded more than success.
Alex Young, Howard Kendall, Andy King, Timmy Cahill, Dixie Dean and Mike Parry.....we'll never see the likes of them again.
