AP and Ruby......has there ever been two such great NH jockeys at their peak at the same time?

Thanks for the memories, Ruby :D
Alex Young, Howard Kendall, Andy King, Timmy Cahill, Dixie Dean and Mike Parry.....we'll never see the likes of them again.

And the third horse home that day, Delta Work, put up a great display in winning at Punchestown today.

Delighted Ruby has got to go out at the top and on his own terms, such a naturally gifted horseman.

Next year’s Gold Cup is already whetting the appetite.

As well as those three RSA novices, one would expect Al Boum Photo to be in contention again......but at this moment in time I make Kemboy favourite after that epic tussle with the reigning champion yesterday.

This year’s renewal might have been very different happen he had not departed at the first fence.

Then there is Presenting Percy, if he has a better preparation next season,

Clan Des Obeaux if Nichols aims him at the longer distance.

And even Bristol De Mai as his run this year suggests he might not be just a Haydock specialist.
Alex Young, Howard Kendall, Andy King, Timmy Cahill, Dixie Dean and Mike Parry.....we'll never see the likes of them again.

Sammy put this up a few pages back takes Ruby off well. Sounds hard and brave like McCoy.

Next year’s Queen Mother just got interesting.

Chacon Des Soi very impressive winning the big two mile novice chase at P‘Town for Willie and Richie Rich, beating two Cheltenham winners.

Could give Altior a good buckle come next spring.

That was brilliant

The only one I thought he failed on was Matt Chapman.

Another great race at Punchestown.

Boveau D’air returns to form under Davy Russell, deputising for the injured Mark Walsh whom in turn was deputising for the injured Barry Geraghty :)

Just to clear up you can quote Twitter but when you put up a Twitter post info just leave the numbers on and delete the other info. Not that it's a great big deal anyway.

Believe the plan is to step Altior up in distance next term at least that was the talk after his win in the Celebration Chase at Sandown. Can see the logic, be a 10 yo when Cheltenham rolls around and understandably he has lost some of his speed over 2M. KIng George his first target although we'll see him out before then.
