Some giants of European football there.

21 European Cup/Champions League titles among six of the above. City and Spurs on nil.

Is it a 'straight' draw, i.e. no seeding?
What are the mathematical odds against all four English clubs being drawn together? My long forgotten O level maths can't cope!

Yes, a straight draw. Have a bit of fun with this, from when four English clubs were there before: http://www.cimt.org.uk/resources/topica ... /index.htm

Ajax v Juventus.
Liverpool v Porto.
Tottenham v Manchester City.
Barcelona v Manchester United.

Bad luck Spuds and United. And Manchester United will play their tie against Barcelona at home first so that they and Manchester City do not play their second legs at home in the same week.

Semis:

Tottenham v Manchester City to face Ajax v Juventus.

Barcelona v Manchester United to face Liverpool v Porto.

Citeh v Juve and Barca v Pool likely then.

Worst possible draw.
Our defence is going to run ragged in the away leg.
Chelsea get a virtual bye into the final.

Memories of those fantastic two games in 81. Tommy Hutchison at both ends, Steve Mackenzie's scorcher and of course Ricky Villa's
magical run .
