Just waiting for them to declare now, nothing is happening.

Time for our batsmen to stand up and be counted, or fall down and be counted out.
Have we got the balls?

Well Moeen’s bowling average against them is getting worse, now up to 70.

I’m beginning to think he’s no longer the “first name on the team sheet”

A draw probably the best England can hope for now

Deffo - never going to chase 370.
Just hope they show some resilience with the bat (and that it rains a bit )

As a true England fan, I always want our players to do well. Similarly I don't support opposition players doing well against us.

Re: Ashes 2019
Due to a combination of injuries and loss of form, England will need to make changes for the next test. Who is out there playing well in red ball cricket at the moment?
Oh yes, the last round of county cricket was a month before the 2nd test starts. Everyone is playing white ball biff and bash T20 nonsense. What a way to maximise our home advantage.

Went to watch today's play. Quite a capitulation but predictable really after the first hour of steady scoring and with the loss of only one wicket Blown away with Pattinson's pace and Lyon's off spin.
