Bolton game cancelled due to 'welfare' issues

Post by finchman »

Bolton's game tomorrow night has been cancelled because their manager is concerned about the welfare of his young team!
Jesus Christ what has the world come to when we have to 'protect' fit young lads from playing three football games in a week .

Stop the fucking planet I want to get off .

I would have thought that the younger players would relish the chance of first team appearances in the league.

Outrageous that this match is allowed to be cancelled for this reason.

The match should be forfeited, 3-0 Doncaster.

I'm sure the players would love to play,it's all the arseholes around the team that have caused this .

I’m glad you said “nancies” and not ‘nonces’ my Alex. These are dicey times as evidenced by certain err recent events and a misplaced crossing the ‘i’s’, dotting the ‘t’s’ and wot it can lead to all sorts of hilarious japes.

Bolton and bury should be both kicked out of the league. League one is becoming a joke because of these two clubs and the massive overspending that they’ve done to secure promotions over the last few years.

Fook em I say!

might be due to the kis who played for either batley or dewsbury...lost 46-0 and reportedly topped himself

there will also be troubled people in the world, or people who struggle to deal with pressure

it's life or death for them, but not for everyonme

On top of the twelve already lost.
They should go straight down a division now, as that's where they will end up; if they actaully stay in business.

I feel sorry for Doncaster as apparently Bolton didn’t inform them or The EFL about the postponement before they officially announced it on their website, how arrogant is that!?

It's tough on Bolton and Bury, but if you can't fulfil a fixture, the opposition should be awarded a 3-0 win.

Unlikely, but they might be taken over by a real money man and have a much stronger team when the fixture is re-arranged.

How do you know he topped himself? I.know his dad and no-one knows yet
I have greatest respect for Rugby Union, they started it mid-way through the 19th century. Thankfully we grabbed it and turned it into a spectacle on 29th August 1895

Fat Sam made his name with Bolton, and was Arsenal's bogey team for a while.
