2019 Rugby World Cup begins this Friday when hosts Japan entertain Russia.

Top two from each Group qualify for the Quarter Finals.
Group A - Ireland, Scotland, Japan, Russia, Samoa.
Group B - New Zealand, South Africa, Italy, Namibia, Canada.
Group C - England, France, Argentina, United States, Tonga.
Group D - Australia, Wales, Georgia, Fiji, Uruguay.

All matches are morning kick-offs our time (GMT), ranging from 5.45am to 11.45am.

Need an alarm call for the earlier games.

That's what I'm going to do, record it so that I can skip through the adverts, but as I'm awake well before 6am I reckon I'll just get up and toddle downstairs, on the other hand I might just use the blow up bed and not get up at all.
