Germany vs Holland in World Cup Italia 1990. Nothing like a huge bit of local sporting rivalry home to two big Milanese and regional nastiness, replete with infamous mullets, a giant bit of sputum and yanking one’s earhole. Lovely!

Watching the cup final from 1983 Brighton v Man Utd and seeing some of the banners in the crowd.

"We'll put Whiteside on his backside"

They don't do that sort of stuff anymore so they.

They’re ace those. It’s like the ones you used to get in early Pro Evolution games

“Let Arsenal Look After Islington” was a personal favourite.

'We've got a Big Ginger Willie'

I remember that from one of Arsenal's late seventies cup finals - might have been the one against United - about Willie Young.

First time I’d seen those big foam plastic hands at a game.

Brighton arrived by helicopter that day and Jimmy Melia had his white shoes on.

The KUN goal,
Nothing better than that...

We almost lost it but our rivals came to our place and flapped-it.
If it wasn't for them shiiting-it...

2018 WC Final was a rare example of a World Cup Final which was actually proper entertaining.

Fair play Croatia, they gave it a real go, but from the start of the tournament I could never see past the French.

Apologies for vid, it’s one of those annoying ones which won’t let you watch it while embedded.

Agree, Sadster, I loved that WC final. Very entertaining and the lashed up Croatian president was great at the end. :)

England rightfully putting us back in our place at Euro 96. We like to get uppity now and again and then end up getting scolded like that goal from Gazza.

Great tournament though and féck, what I'd give to see Scotland get papped out in three games at Euro 2021 again - just to see us there!

Am I right in thinking Scotland just needed a 1 goal swing to qualify from the group?

I think England were beating the Dutch 4-0 but then conceded which meant Scotland needed a second goal against Switzerland. Amazing to think that Dutch side were nearly bested by a pretty mediocre (without wanting to cause offence) Scottish team.
