Error message. Forbidden access

I am not on my own computer because I can't get access to Talkforum. Not on my computer, my laptop, my tablet or phone.
I get 'Forbidden' and a note that there is Error Message 404 and that I am not recognised by the server. This just started a few days ago
I am clueless about how to solve this. It must be something of mine because I am clearly OK on this friend's computer.
Any suggestions will be gratefully recieved.
As I can't get back on this computer for over a week and can't get suggestions via TS, I can get ideas on <email address deleted by admin>
