I was doing a bit of channel hopping there and my eye was caught by a singer on Britain’s Got Talent World Cup or some such bollox.

I thought “aye up...she looks and sounds familiar”.

She was belting it out in that Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey overblown yelling style.

Who was it?

None other that Bea from Neigbours.....a.k.a. Bonnie Anderson.

She has come a long way from playing before a dozen patrons in Lassiters to singing before Simon Cowell and David sodding Wallian on BGT

I didn’t know that “Neighbours Endgame” thing was a while separate programme and tuned in today to the episode from last Monday to find out Ramsay Street is dealing with the aftermath of Finn’s bloody rampage.

The missing episodes aren’t even on the Neighbours catch up section on My 5

Luckily I have now found them on YouTube and have started watching.

So I shall discuss the issues arising when I am up to speed.

Blimey.

Just watched an episode of Endgame and it is harrowing.

Finn has reverted to evil type and has pushed Bea down a mineshaft.

(why there would be a mineshaft on a small, uninhabited, privately owned island has not been properly explained)

He tells the gang back at the Glamp site that Bea has taken the one dinghy they have on the island and gone to visit her arl girl in Sydney.

Then Harry, his creepy stalker turns up and tells Finn he filmed the Bea incident and will destroy the evidence if Finn gives him one in a sand dune.

Even thought he is heterosexual Finn does it and looks as disgusted as I was afterwards.

But worse is to come.

Our old mate, Mr. Toadfish Rebecci, stumbles across the well hidden dinghy and confronts Finn about it.

Big mistake, Toad.

Finn waits until the Toadster’s back is turned and wallops him ovee the head with a small boulder.

He then puts Toadie’s body in the dinghy, hammers a hole in it and sets our eponymous amphibian afloat in it.

The episode finished with Toadie unconscious and adrift on the briny in a dinghy with a leak

Could this be the end for Mr. Toadfish Rebecci?

I know three characters are being killed off in this island bloodbath.

I can barely wait to see what happens when I watch the next installment tomorrow.

The tension is ramping up.

Still no update on the Toadster but if that dinghy ain’t in Davy Jones’s Locker by now ol’ Pet is a Dutchman.

But in a fraught finale, Denise Van Outen opened the Lassiter honeymoon gift box which contained an all expenses paid honeymoon to Rome and a bottle of champagne, which she desperately needed as she was gasping for a bevvy.

Alas the box also contained a bomb which exploded, leaving bits of Ms Van Outen scattered all over the outback
