Jesus, I would pity anyone who was watching me. :)

Read A Scanner Darkly, the people watching you (if they existed) are way more fucked than the rest of us. And they KNOW they are being watched, so they spend every waking moment wondering who it is that is watching them.
Come for the rampant misogyny, stay for the tedious bitching

Lou Grant wrote:My friend Brian would purchase one of the Sunday broadsheets, probably Telegraph I'd imagine based on his political leanings, and separate it out into all the different sections while in the newsagent. He'd then leave all the guff behind (travel, finance, lifestyle section etc.) and just walk out with the actual news part of the paper.

Weekend newspapers are the worse for all that vapid shit. The arrogance to think any of it as of any value when compared to the trees it is produced from.

Brian sounds like a right arsehole

Used to buy the Observer every month at the beginning of the century for the glossy 'Observer Sport Monthly' which was a magnificent read. Shame I binned them all some time ago. :( Got a copy of Observer Food Monthly from May 2017 in the kitchen so probably the last time I bought a Sunday. Was for the 20 best brunch recipes.

You are free to PM Mark about it, he was on last night. There're not multis everywhere my paranoid pal.

They are watching you. Fuck phones. Don't use the fucking things unless in a bind. Phones are phoney. I know it goes against the grain, but phones are a trap. Throw the fucking things away.

I just go into my local tesco and nick all the sports supplements on Saturday and Sunday.
Staff can't be arsed and I have enough reading material for the week.

I used to love buying the Independent when it came out many years ago.
Not bought a paper for ages now. Must say the quality of sports writing has declined. All about sensationalism and speculation now.
Would you really spend money to read a John Cross made-up story??
