I went to company night thing out many years ago and they had Brazil and Irani and the comedian was Kevin Bridges, they were all really nice blokes TBH. Was a great night.

A friend of mine used to know Lemmy, and she said he's a really nice bloke.

Which is what everyone seems to say.

Yeah, really low key guy and he made a joke at my expense too. So it was a bit much when only hours later a mate of mine, Paul Galway, broke Philthy Animal's neck.

Geoff Boycott, didn’t do anything to change the stereotype of a Yorkshireman.

Cilla Black. Vile.
On the flipside, Cameron Diaz was really friendly and nice. "Hi I'm Cameron" was her introduction to me. No shit!

The pprune website (much beloved of Carlos) for air crews and pilots, had, or maybe still has, a very long running thread about the worst celebrity passengers and the hate and loathing that was displayed for Cilla was miles ahead of anyone else.
By far the most hated by flight attendants. The stories they had about her treatment of them were awful and hilarious.

I think they had a celebration thread or something when she died.

‘Change is not good!’ was the phrase he used.

He has since had lunch with him again, but I haven't seen him since the last time.

Tom Baker was lovely, unnerving and weird all in the space of a few minutes when I met him. Still a top man.

From what I've heard, the arsehole types tend to be politicians or people in positions of power when they turn up at public events.

When I worked at Gatwick I met loads of famous people, but the biggest cock of them all was Ronnie Corbett. He thought he was God's gift and let everybody know it. His flight to Jersey was delayed due to Fog and he was wagging his finger in a check in girls face and made her cry. So I had a polite word in his ear and Sir Adam Thomson banned him from British Caledonian forever.

Yes - and they posted about it just above your post.

When I worked at White Hart Lane I met quite a few of the players before, during and after games. All very pleasant blokes apart from Teddy Sheringham. Unnecessarily rude to people who wanted his autograph or just have a quick word. Gordon Durie liked a punt on the horses.
