Don't know why we bother to turn up. Even it was the best song ever written, sung by the person with the best singing voice ever, we would still end up bottom.

And:

Well Daz was 19th out of 24.

And the last UK one I liked was 24th out of 27:

Nah, whatever we send we would be in the bottom three. No prejudice in the voting though of course.

We came 15th in 2017 and that was also post-Brexit. That song, Lucie was shite:

Send something good it will do well. Might not win but we can be left hand side of the scorecard again.
And if we can't, fuck them. We've won it five times:

One thing I would like to see stopped is the songs being available for sale or download long before the contest starts.
Well nigh impossible, I imagine, in this digital age.

They should put all the judges in a room, and let them hear the songs without knowing the country. Although this years UK entry was shite, I'd wager that we would be higher up the list.

Trouble is it's as much the Eurovision performance contest as song contest these days.Only hearing would deny you the delight of seeing some16 year old Belarusian strumpet in boots, a Cypriot PVC-clad dominatrix or more disturbingly a fat french bird in a tutu accompanying a tranny singer.

Indeed. A northern chubber in a leather jacket mooching about ain't good.

If the song ain't great, then the performance might add something.

Not for the UK, dull and dull hence last place. It really ain't hard.

Daz Sampson, a poor man's Peter Andre. Schoolgirls with loud cockney accents. Probably all auditioned for Eastenders.

Do not diss Daz, AB? :o  Proper nawtee girls though, all over twenty in school gear. But effected to Europe, the image of shite UK education and less elocution. But hey Daz rocks. Yeah man, Daz rocks and Daz rolls, fuck off the comparisons.
