Not seen Ben Hur ? You’re a disgrace … sort yourself out !

The one that amazes people is Back To The Future, given that I was 12-13 when it came out, so was the ideal target market.
Have seen bits of Ben Hur (just the chariot race, really), not the whole thing.

Good point. How comes you missed it ?

No idea. Never seen The Goonies, either, and most of my mates went to see it.
I think the first batch of red triangle films were being shown on C4 around that time. I remember seeing those. :D

Shawshank Redemtion
All Lord Of The Rings
All Harry Potter
I have greatest respect for Rugby Union, they started it mid-way through the 19th century. Thankfully we grabbed it and turned it into a spectacle on 29th August 1895

Loved watching the Back To The Future movies in the 1980s and early 1990s but very much seemed to be for the age. Don't think I'd enjoy them so much now. Same with Bill and Ted's Adventures. Indiana Jones are still entertaining these days.

Not my cup of tea Subs. I did go and see the first Star Wars film, but it's included because I fell asleep about 20 mins in.

I fell asleep at the age of nine when I went to watch the first Star Trek movie. It's never had any appeal to me ever since.

The only other times I have ever fallen asleep at the pics was during Twelve Monkeys and at the start of this year when I went to watch the latest Spiderman cartoon movie. I only feel asleep in Spiderman, not because I thought it was crap - it was actually decent - but needed a bit of kip after New Years Eve.

Read the Kesey book, then watch the film. Both magnificent.

As others have said, One Flew... is a brilliant film. The scene where they go on that boat trip is hilarious!

Officer and a Gentleman is pure schmaltz, but has some great lines in it:
- "Where you from, boooyyyy?"
- "Sir, Oklahoma, Sir!"
- "Only two things come outta Oklahoma…STEERS AND QUEERS…and I don't see any horns!"

Star Wars
Bumback mountain.

Pretty much anything made in the last ten years, I already know whats happened in them all by watching the trailer, they ruin their own films these days.

Looking forward to the Irishman though.

Why play three versions when all in one:
