I don't know about this fella although I have seen him in the flesh and my feelings were that he wasn't the full shilling but aside from that .. I think a person can be an abominable type of character and also depressed or a very decent sort and depressed. Kind of unrelated generally although maybe not always. It's kind of gray imo tbf !

Not so sure now, having seen him broadcast the fact that he voted Lib/Dem at the Euros, I think he is a bit of an attention seeker.
