Anyone going to a festival this summer? I ight go to the godiva festival in Coventry. It's only £2 entry and the levellers and dodgy are playing on the Friday night. It's close to the city centre too so easy to get home. Download looks a good line up this year, not sure I do really fancy camping these days.

Son-in-Law No 1 has treated me and Mrs Z to Diamond Circle tickets at Hyde Park to watch Stevie Wonder and Lionel Richie next month. I'm not that fussed personally, but I suppose it will get me out of the house.

My brother sneaked into glasto over the fence in the 90s. It’s become more mainstream in recent years with more pop acts. Someone like kylie should be nowhere near Glastonbury

If you want it to broaden it’s appeal, publicity and profile, you have to expand it to the pop acts you speak about. Kylie’s a box office draw so she should very really be there.

It's like going to Thailand. Only for mental cunts that stink.

Done the over the fence at Glastonbury around similar time. And the slip off the wristband and bring it outside for others to get in.

Some decent acts at Latitude this year and only down the road, but don't think I'll bother.

early doors glasto, reading...dogs on string, casual drugs (not for me) birds in scruffy clobber reeking of patchiolo, but loving fucks, sunsetsand promises, decent bands, no autotune, not overly commercial, no cell phones, traditional without todays problems and music, flake 99 at 99p, no labels, old beford cf's and trannies, not like todays trannies, motorhomes unheard of some hair in braids...good times, innocent times never to be repeated
