His team on Saturday are all going to wear black armbands for Caroline and presumably have a minutes silence too. Is this not the most self-indulgent bollocks ever? Surely these gestures at sporting events should be used for genuinely tragic national events or perhaps a legend of the club. This just demeans everything, why not wear black armbands and have a silence because my beloved pet gerbil died. Am I being harsh? It's fucking crazy to me. The bloke is a NUT.
