Vespa, do you really think he’s playing a character? Genuine question.

Because he is an Existentialist. The western world has not heard hard-hitting and truthful Existentialism for decades and instead been fed a diet of nihilistic post-modernist word salad.
Not everything Jordan says is right, i.e. couples seeking sustainable relationships should marry, but he is 100% correct with regards to the human condition, identity politics, the importance of the individual, and the horrors of Socialism and Communism.
Many of his insights are not new, however. Jungian authors theorised similar ideas decades ago and most 12 Rules for Life* were adapted from obvious morals and things our grandparents told us: "stand up straight with your shoulders back", "compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to someone else is today."
I do like Jordan, though and, having met him personally, believe he is genuine. His daughter is a bit of shill, mind you.

Alex Jones. Yeah I do. He admitted it in the recent court case where the parents of Sandy Hook are suing him for libel and defamation.

The last Rogan one with Redman is pretty funny.

Amazing to think where his podcast has gone from those days and that theme tune done by Redman and Garage Band.

Rogan said he would have Trump on, imagine that. Trump telling Jamie to pull up that pic of Turnberry! Trump firing into some Caveman Coffee and them laughng at Clinton for twenty minutes, episode finishes with Rogan and DJT agreeing to go elk hunting some day. :)

Well he must be exhausted as he’s playing it 24/7/365.

Robert Downey Jr is now on the podcast. As you say, his podcast has blown up amazingly in the past 2-3 years.

Good for him though. Hard work, pounced on an opportunity.

I tend to pick and choose - you probably have to with 2-3 hr episodes. Fell asleep over the Michael Mallice one last night, was pretty funny - Are you woke? I am never asleep! :D Mallice was saying he will get messages and massive bumps in his website numbers after apperance.

Going on Rogan is a bit like going on Carson or Leno back in the day.

You could see him doing both presidential candidates (maybe not Trump, rather Trump not doing it thatn Rogan rejecting it) but he's that influential.

First few episodes this year have been great.

It's the long-form conversation that makes it and the fact Rogan gives an opinion.
