They got an equal amount of men and women judges this year and still only one woman up for an award.
How can that be .
Maybe a lot of shit women's stuff around but they should give them awards for the sake of fairness and equality.

Did anyone manage to sit through the whole coverage last night? I lasted one award (Best Song..... I think). When the nominees were being read out, by a rather shaky Tom Jones, I found myself uttering the same word again and again. The word being Who? I wasn’t showing my objections that Pete Townshend and the lads hadn’t been included. But rather I had no idea (apart from one or two.... still down with the yoof of today me!) who these people were.

At was at this point it struck me that, even with a loaded gun to my head, I wouldn’t be able to sing any of these songs.

I write this as someone who whilst watching an old episode of Top of the Pops on BBC FOUR the other week, I could hum every song in the charts. Oh how times change.

Anyway, Lewis Capaldi won (someone I had heard of). He seems to be of the school of saying his stuff isn’t worth listening to. Or the Max Rushden school of marketing as i like to call it. After a while people start to take their advice.

Anyone know if Annie Lennox won an award? She used to get nominated every year, even if she had released anything or not!!
