If I ever need total escapism in a film I normally like sci fi.
Any suggestions of a really good sci fi for me to watch.

The original The Day The Earth Stood Still, Akira, The Abyss, Avatar, Ghost In The Shell, Robocop are a few goodies.

Yeah, finally got around to watching it as it came out shortly after Interstellar which I watched at the cinema. I was really surprised how much I enjoyed it, as I'm not much of a Matt Damon fan.

yeah I watched it the other day, its actually great.
Some of the one liners were mega cringe though, but overall it was great.
