Some here decry big DK. You want Rushden (and sometimes Barry Irish), with no experience, asking about footballers bogs?

As per dearest paolo, you will reap what you sow.
Kelly has a good CV and can be quite the broadcasting pro..Unfortunately more often than not,Stuttering Hyper owl takes over and he's unlistenable.

It's good to have a show that covers leagues in depth too, not just the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich. Langdon, Brassell and also Rob Daly are excellent contributors to a very listenable programme. Given the absolute disdain for non-English football out there on other areas of this station and beyond it is a welcome change.

Fatso should shut the fuck up now and again and let his co-presenter get a word in.

Think of the state of the bukkaked microphone after that stuttering spluttering prick has been on for a shift.
Imagine a vaccine so safe you have to blackmailed into taking it, for a virus so deadly you have to be tested to know if you have it.

Been mentioned in many 'DK' and 'TS changes' threads recently, but the only standalone I can find on the excellent TEE.

DK now doing the show with Jordan earlier and Luke 'less is' Moore was on last week, did not hear.

Again, did not hear last night with the Stain hosting and no comments, so maybe nobody did.

I can't imagine serious, decent journos like Brassell, Langdon and Daly giving Stain's shite innuendos much truck, so maybe the Stain can be a straight man with shite hair? Doubt it, as is a complete anti-Midas cunt and whatever he touches turns to shit.

Will hear some next week.
Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline.

DK on this show went beyond the usual Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern etc and into the leagues around Europe with clear knowledge. I doubt Goldstein has anywhere near the same amount.

Maybe I'm reading far too much into it, but I know in the past, at some stations, when a controller wants to get rid of a popular presenter like DK he or she will simply 'reward' them with new slots that they're unlikely to find that tolerable, and soon enough they leave of their own accord. Same with popular shows like the Europe one - either move it to a rubbish slot (the Top of the Pops strategy) and shake your head sadly when it loses its audience, or else sabotage it with a new, ill-suited, presenter like Goldstain.

Anyway, Trans-Europe Express, for me, was always a delcate balance between the monotone geek-drone of Brassell and Kelly's exhuberance. Remove the latter and it's a bit too much like overhearing a conversation between teenage boys who haven't got girlfriends.

Clearly Goldstein is the obvious choice ;)

The sidelining of DK is perplexing. Either he has requested it himself for personal reasons, or Clayton has done it maybe to save money, those geeks left on the show are probably doing it for 50p. Anyway, without DK it’s unlistenable for me Beaky.

It's certainly very odd to move a presenter away from a show he devised. It's hard not to think that's a cynical bit of provocation.

Realistically we were always going to get less DK now he lives in Ireland. I'm not surprised he's down to two days a week and I suppose he can't do this and the show with Simon Jordan. I'd rather he'd stayed on TEE personally.
