July - Pre-season friendlies in anywhere but England - Will top 6 managers, especially Jose (wherever he is) get what they want in the transfer market?
August - FA Community Shield - Is it a trophy or a glorified friendly?
September - Caraboa Cup rounds - Danny Kelly bringing the scores from Mansfield, MK Dons and Bradford City etc. If bigger clubs lose, is it time for a re-think on the competition?
October - Champions League and Europa League Group games - Why isn't the Etihad full?
November - Now that the PL has settled down, who will win it and who will make top 4? Have Manchester City actually won it already? Focus on the Championship - Games come 'thick and fast'.
December - Christmas programme - Are there too many fixtures? Should we have a winter break?
January - FA Cup - Ex pros give us their experiences from the 90's - Oh, the romance for the smaller teams. Much chat about the transfer window but ultimately, not much happens.
February - Relegation speculation. Are teams X and Y already down? Should the rebuild for next season start now? Championship race hots up. Did we know that the combined attendance is greater than some European leagues?
March - CL and EL start up again. The same teams playing each other in often the same fixtures as last year. PL teams have usual conflict about team selection / squad rotation. Jim Proudfoot is dusted off and wheeled out.
April - In major Championship seasons, who should get picked for England? Mangers who have been sacked are praised as being 'Good football men'.
May - What are the transfer market needs of all the teams? More build up for major Championships. Talksport's upcoming coverage plugged as nauseum.
Following season - Rinse and repeat all of the above.
