Any progress and timescale on when the forum will be fully up and running yet? Have the hosts responded yet, mark?

Connecting on the normal url now, but still not letting me log on while using chrome as a browser on my tablet. Not a problem to me though as I'll just use another browser.

You probably need to clear out th previous DNS settings from some hidden cache on your Chrome Browser.

In the interim, I swept up all the garden leaves and did a tidy up out there.

Would there be a reason I can't log in on my house broadband, but can when I disconnect from it on my phone?
When the broadbands on, I log in and all that happens is it goes back to an empty log in page.

I know of at least one UK broadband provider where that problem is happening and that is PlusNet. It happened when I was at my mother's house 2 days ago. Same with both the laptop and my phone. When I switched off wifi on my phone it connected via 4G on EE.

Apparently the fix is to force the router to recycle IP addresses. It will do it eventually after a few days but when I looked on the plusnet forums, the suggested fix from their technical team was to switch off the router and leave it switched off for 65 minutes - because a disconnection of more than 60 minutes forces the router to poll for a new IP address. Great technical advice but according to their customers it works.
