A splash of technicolor in the header would be nice.
Anyone (such as Tick) that uses 'gammon' as a racial pejorative is as much a racist as those who use the word nigger and similar pejoratively.

Why does it go back to the holding page design when replying?

If there's any chance of a like button for posts I also think that would be a great idea.

The Like button doesn't appear to be a simple thing to implement so I will need to do more checking.

I am going to do a bit of post-upgrade cleaning of the databases l at 1pm today so the forum may be offline for a few minutes.

I will clear the cache and user sessions, probably means that everybody will need to log in again. You might also want to delete any browser cookies you have for TalkForum and allow new ones to create.
