The Cricket

Post by ToRmAtO »

Thought I would give it a listen, it is rather good and entertaining.

Goffie is on at the moment, surprisingly or maybe not when sitting in on his own sport with better broadcasters he is OK and certainly knows his stuff.

No word of any cake up to now.

I'm hoping another Tsunami hits Sri Lanka and Goffie is on the beach sunbathing.

No, he hasn't, he is off air now.

But there is chocolate cake ALERT now, it had 100's & 1000's on it.

Anne Drew McKenna is a bit shit compared to the professionals they have on. Aside from that its just TMS without the cuntery of Swann and Tuffnell.

Absolute textbook talksport. They make such a big deal over getting the rights to this series, classlessly goading TMS, then it pisses it down every game and it’s a washout. Perfect

They knew it was taking place during monsoon season when they bid for the rights.

Disgusting.

To be fair to them, it was the cricket governing bodies that arranged the fixtures at that time of year, so TS didn't have a lot to do with it.

Sri Lanka series this autumn
West Indies series next spring
2 months of IPL after that
Blast matches through the summer
South African tour next autumn/winter

If they billed themselves 'home of test cricket' then I'd agree with you.

The “Home” of cricket but nothing actually from home. If they said “Home of International Cricket” then I would accept the point you are making.
