Do you ever listen to the Skeptoid podcast?
Just ten minute deconstructions and attempted sceptical explanations of myths, urban legends, crank medicine, the paranormal, conspiracy theories and the like. There are literally hundreds of them so you can basically pick and choose those subjects dear to your heart.
Not always convincing in their debunking but most of the time they seem near the mark or bang on.
Yes as a matter of fact. Skeptoid, Skepticule, Skeptics with a K, Be Reasonable, Skeptics Zone, Skeptics Guide to the Universe,Rationally Speaking, Skeptically Yours, Skepticality... I do the lot. When I think about it I'm slightly obsessed.

Long before podcasts existed I remember screaming at the radio when James Whale had David Icke or Derek Akura on and the bollocks they talk.

I was also surprised about Brian Dunning's conviction a few years back - none of the other podcasts made much of it really.

I highly recommend this podcast. Been listening to it for years.

The only show I listen to on talkradio. Always a good listen.
Imagine a vaccine so safe you have to blackmailed into taking it, for a virus so deadly you have to be tested to know if you have it.

His voice is incredibly irritating.
I'm sure he doesn't speak like that when he's not on air.

Quantum physics and string theory this hour. A subject area I have no interest in.

You have to be incredibly small minded to like quantum physics.

Not been great the last couple of weeks, IMO. Too much science and not enough ghoulies.

Good show last night. The JFK assassination and then an hour on conspiracy theories in general.

Good old Howard. How he manages to talk to nutters talking about the Loch Ness monster, haunted airfields and such and not laugh, I do not know.
