Of course went in to that rooting for HEJA SVERIGE, but Sweden can have absolutely no complaints about that defeat. England were the better side, and a well deserved victory.

Sweden - who knocked out the Dutch, Italy, pumped Mexico on the break (after everyone was raving about them), and then the Swiss who have lost twice in three years - looked terrible today, and England nullified them from the get go pretty much.

You could maybe say if Berg's header went in then well, but Pickford again had three excellent saves and surely in with a shout to win the Golden Gloves.

There has been luck and good fortune at times though - Kane's penalties, the group plus the easier route to the final - but you can only beat what is in front of you, and Sweden were dispatched with relative ease.

Genuinely, a bit worried! now'! Although I think France or Belgium should beat England (if they get to the final), but you are basically a coin toss/fag paper/50-50 etc from being in the final.

I'm happy for England but We need to be realistic.we haven't played a decent team yet, apart from Belgium where we lost to their second eleven. England v Sweden is equivalent to Tottenham v Norwich (championship side). It won't be until we play Croatia that we see what our side our made of. It reminds of the World Cup when Germany had a rubbish team but still. Got to the final, I think in 2002, where they lost to Brazil. This England team aren't a patch on the 66 side
