Do you mean Freeview + ? If so, it’s basically a catch up service incorporating the apps of the main channels you get on that service.

I think this one is something to do with Apple, and was wondering if it was worth looking into if I can get it on my TV.

The few times I've watched ITV Hub, just mute the ads and listen to something else. 4OD is the same.

I pressed on the Apple TV app on my iPad and they are offering that service. Free for 7 days then 4.99 a month. They advertise it as containing Apple “originals”. Just yet more money every month :?
