Fucking ice hockey question from 1996!!
Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline.

Congrats, Pet, top effort, Sir.
I could have nicked it at the end but needed to nail a couple of quick 10s, but couldn't manage it.

Well played, pal :drinkers:

Am off to Menorca with Mrs Subsub tomorrow. Much beer and wine will be drunk.
How was (is?) t'Algarve?

Oh it is a couple of weeks yet before I head down there, Sub.

Yes, you potentially lost it on day 28 when a three point swing left me in the lead.

But it ain’t over just yet.....if you can get three points on me today you could still win.

That wil be very hard though, looking at today’s scores on the door right now :)
Alex Young, Howard Kendall, Andy King, Timmy Cahill, Dixie Dean and Mike Parry.....we'll never see the likes of them again.

Hey, Pet, was strolling round Fournells in Menorca with Mrs SubSub yesterday and in the harbour there was a small speedboat called Petingo III :D

I did have a chuckle to myself.
I wondered if the 'three' signified the last time Ol' Pet sailed into port and notched up a few more etches on the bedpost...

Congrats, Pet.
I thought I'd done enough with a week or so to go, but couldn't shake you off.
I had too many 9s and not enough quick times.

Well done, pal :drinkers:

Cheers, Sub :)

Sorry for the delay in acknowledging this.

For the last week of my sojourn down t’Algarve I kept getting messages saying “server could not be reached” every time I tried visiting here.

I had thought the Forum must be down but it appears it wasn’t.

I wonder what happened.....and it wasn’t just this device, but also on my phone and the big girl’s iPad as well.

All my other sites were fine.

And now I am home voila.....everything is sweet again.

That's really weird - I've been having exactly the same thing.
Can access site on my phone and at work, but at home on the computer, I get the same problem - no idea what the problem is.

Were you in Carvoeiro again?

We were in Menorca for the first time in September - a lovely spot. Lots of wine was drunk, and was really warm, too :)

Every time I log into the Fun Trivia site these days, not just here on our Quiz, but on other Fun Trivia quizzes I do, I see a message “Website not secure”.

This is happening on both the big girl’s iPad and on my own.

Any other Quizzers finding the same problem?

Love the last day 'after you Claude' stand off at the top of the table (one for the teenagers there).

Terrible month here, none of the guesses on US Nascar helmets from 1958 type questions worked and I stupidly clicked the wrong answer when I knew the right one a couple of times.
