Eat less. Move more.

Yep burn off more cals than you consume. I'm just going for an extreme version of that.

Have you had a cholesterol test since your fast Cave-o?

Apparently, from what I've heard, when the body is deprived of food for a prolonged period of time the first 'resource' it eats is body fat and then anything else - one of which might be cholesterol.

I also once heard a report that cholesterol build up in heart veins may be an attempt to cover some type of vascular disease which attacked the vein walls and actually had nothing to do with cholesterol intake. I have no idea whether this proved to be true or not but it's certainkly interesting to compare it to what we are force-fed as proper medical fact.

Everything I have read mentioned the body eating the fat first. Not heard about the cholesterol though. Need to read up on that. Did not have a test.

If you're gymming it and fasting you'll fuck yourself up massively.

Gym
Protein 3 times a day
No carbs
Black tea/coffee
3 litres of water a day

Weight will fall off

Hang on.

A 20-hour “fast” means four hours of eating!

He's got about another 10 stone to go , so it'll be interesting to see if his new diet business works.

Here's mine if you're about 15 stone overweight like him: this delicious meal here:

Treat yourself to a nosh up on spinach potato and chapatis Cave-o. It's a massive power food.

I'd normally recommend Pie and Chips but this is a diet after all so there won't be any mention of any crates of beer either.
