Incredibly tough going without my morning tea. I start getting thumping headaches and nausea. Not fasting tomorrow so look forward to my morning cup of tea and apple pie :)

Day 4 complete

Not so much hunger today. Felt very low today. Probably down to the crap weather and me watching the news which I never normally do. No exercise today

Hi Pablo, just lurking for a while. It's quiet these days.

Publish stories on here? No. I'll pass on that. Thanks all the same.

I'm doing eating once a day right now. Couple it with two hours walking and total abstention from booze and the weight falls off.

I lost two stone in three weeks last summer (put most of it back on) so looking at four stone in two months right now.

Not eating at all the wrong way though. You'll lose a stone but half of it back on after your first meal.

Walking at a firm pace is very good for your stomach and losing belly fat alongside running too; but of course everything within reason.

Don't go nuts though and if you like something e.g chocolate, crisps, a beer etc - treat yourself once a week but then again don't go nuts on that day either nor eat like a King.

Vegetables, and a few fruits. Water, and if you drink soft drinks try to limit/preferably not at all that as well.

With 5/6 days of exercise - mixing it up - weights, walking, cycling, jogging, swimming, etc and you don't need to be fit to do any of that. If you haven't ran for years - start on Day 1 with a slow jog of 5 minutes, then do 6, 7 etc etc.

It'll all come off.

Just keeping it off, and not getting back in to bad habits is the hardest bit.

Day 6 completed

Feeling fine. Mild exercise in the gym.
Getting slightly obsessed with the thought of food.

One day to go.

Make sure you're getting your vitamins. Have you tried vitamin tablets. By the way I don't know much about this stuff.

Day 7 - Completed

So that's me finished 7 days yesterday. No way I could do more than 7 days as I felt I really needed to eat during the last day.
Lost 9 pounds which seems good. Yes it was hard at times as I became obsessed thinking about food. My piss stank of coffee and I was told my breath also stank.

Would I do it again...... I think I would, perhaps net month.
