Happy New Year to you and yours.

I will now commit an act of blasphemy for a Scot and say that I have always hated Auld Lang Syne and think it is just a cringe inducing dirge.

Funnily enough, Mrs S and her mother can't stand it either.

Moving in to a new flat soon, so that's good.

Going to attempt being veggie...and give up beer entirely.

Happy new year !!!

Been for a hour jog this morning while people all have hangovers.
Did not enjoy it but by fuck i did feel smug about it.
You can only live in the world you know. The rest is just wishful thinking or paranoia.

Will go full time Vegan this year (Pescatarian at the mo with cow's milk in tea) and up my exercise. Last summer I was swimming 3 times a week in the mornings and cycling the 6 miles to work. Come the Autumn I found it hard to get out of bed and cycling in the rain over here is no fun.

Read more and learn a new language. The second will not happen :)

May get Kevin on Skype to get me fluent in Gaelic...

Sounds fucking horrific. But good luck.
