Knee pain

Post by theleader82 »

Does anyone else suffer with knee pain? My right knee cap gets sore if I go jogging , and it clicks when the joint moves when I’m at work

Probably unconnected but;
my mother suffered for years from knee pain and all the GP offered was pain killers.
Then one day she was seen by a trainee GP who thought that it was something other than her knee. Sent to a consultant it turned out to be a hip needing replacement. Apparently hippain got transmitted down the leg.

I do.

My knee, and other joints alas :( , becomes inflammed on a regular basis.

I find a course of Naproxen works wonders.
Alex Young, Howard Kendall, Andy King, Timmy Cahill, Dixie Dean and Mike Parry.....we'll never see the likes of them again.

Is it recent? Could be your form, shoes or you picked up an injury.

If it is persistent go and see a Dr.

I limp now that one of my knees is shot. Bloodpoisoning and now arthritis in it have made it painful to walk.

Check for arthritis, leado, it's not only an old people's thing....though I'm not young.

Got tendonitis made bearable by Radox bath exercise and then ice pack.

How long would you rest if it was an injury , couple of weeks? I didn’t want to regress in my running so I’ve carried on .

The last time I had knee pain I went on to belt my thumb with a hammer and suddenly my knee didn't hurt.
This brilliant remedy works with other parts of the body too.

You are young at heart though, and that’s what counts.

That's the problem, I'd reduce the frequency.

Have looked into forefoot technique - it worked wonders for me.
