How far can you run?

That’s a brilliant achievement, Caveman.

Outdoor running is good for the soul. I’m fortunate enough to be able to run around 80-100kms per week around a local park similar in perimeter to Hyde Park in London. Half marathon distance seems to be my sweet spot so 15 miles would be a stretch for me. Would be doable if I wasn’t so addicted and ran less days! :smt023

Half marathon done at the weekend. 1hr 51 and 14sec.
Very happy with the time. Weather was wild and wet but it was a good team spirit and good fun.

Superb, Caveman and hope the compression socks good? =D> =D> And usually good guys and girls to help you.

Please do not get know into chasing time now: :x Steve will say the same as a marathon runner, hopefully. It will be this PB and that PB, please do not go there. You did it, accept your medal and move on. Unless serious long time and hopefully not

You made it, you've done it. So be proud. :)
