Unless shortbread count as a biscuit ? If it does , scrap all of the above . It dunks well in tea AND coffee and scrumptious on it's own .

Shortbread is tops for me if it's from a local bakery. Shortbread from national companies just doesn't compare to the delicious locally produced stuff.
