You'll have to come up with something better than that. :)

Start cottaging. Too busy sucking cocks to eat.

What's the calorific value of jizz though?
If you don't know, then It's okay, I'll ask Sinbad.

Surely mostly protein. Get it down you Bas. Nom nom.

And it's also vegan friendly apparently. So if you are about to get a blowjob from a vegan you can assure him or her, that they are 'safe'

Cut out wheat. Once you stop eating pizza, doughnuts and sandwiches you'll drop it.

If I wanted to drop half a stone I'd have to put it on first which is a fucking task. But if I did I'd get it off by only having pie and chips twice each lunch time :)

Yeah. I lost half a stone a few years ago; reducing to (approximately) 7 stone and a half. I felt amazing.
I'm about 8.7 now, and blame Christmas, red wine and chocolate.    Chubsters of the world unite!
I'll lose weight again before the wedding day.

I've done six days of 16:8 and after a week, feel reasonably good.

Weekend, I think I'll take it down to 12-14 hours - with the weekday fast I tend to miss breakfast, so wouldn't mind a nice wee brekkie tomorrow.

How's others getting on (if anyone else is doing it?)

I use the zero app, it's nice and lightweight.

As me and Mrs T get older we just eat twice a day, usually a good breakfast and something lighter around 5pm.

What I did first and we both do now is when watching the telly in the evening we both have mini-bikes and pedal for the duration, we both have step-counters and my daily average steps for 2019 was just over 17,000. Every little bit helps.

I've downloaded the Zero app.

"Like Runkeeper for fasting," my pal said when he seen it.

4lbs off first week, despite a bit of cheating, but although they call the 5-2 a fasting diet, it isn't, because you are still allowed 500 cals on the two days.

Fad diets are a waste of time imo, but they help to kick start, and then you just have to remember to eat less and move more.
