Re: Lockdown achievements?
Just back from my first shift at work since the lockdown began. Good to get into a routine again. If only for a four day week.

Re: Lockdown achievements?
Started my self assessment tax return for the previous tax year. Had a brief panic attack on how I am going to pay it.
Sorted and filled loads of documents. Also binned a lot. Do I really need proof of my car tax from 3 years ago.
Mixed the giant compost heap.
Washed the green house.

Re: Lockdown achievements?
Hack and cliché, but from May 1st I'm actively trying to get out more.
I run (or ran) quite regularly up until about the turn of the year. Almost like I couldn't be fecked after New Year. I've still been exercising - mostly walking, cycling or walking up and down the closey steps (56 of them) ; but any running skills I had seem to be gone. I always find it both equally as easy to get lazy or good at running, but Jesus that first run after some time off - especially if you've not been keeping that strict a diet - is such a slog. Almost like you've never ran before. Then again, if you stick to a routine and don't eat too much shite, you can get those times back within weeks.
Went out on Sunday and did 19 minutes which was a huge slog! 4 months ago I was reguarly doing 40-45 minute runs.
Anyone gone the other way on lockdown? I've seen and heard from pals exercising either at home or out for their runs and there are definitely many more people out there running ; but I've struggled to be motivated to do it. Still been going out for walks, etc, but no rigorous exercise.
See how May goes. Only think that's probably kept my weight down has been the fasting - still at it 4/5 days a week.
Anyhoos onwards and upwards to you all!

Re: Lockdown achievements?
Re-sealed all the windows internally
Repainted the sills externally
Replaced flashing on roof hips
Cleared out gutters
Repainted garden walls
Redecorate the kitchen
Replace monoblock tap cartridges
Regrouted bathroom tiles
Spray painted handrail to steps
Uplifted and refitted vinyl flooring to kitchen
Glared at people walking past my house
Had a fistfight with tonsillitis
Productivity
