I remember talking to an American a long time ago and he was baffled by our subways having sweetcorn as an option and the lack of oil.

Fucking weird they pour oil onto sandwiches but he was adamant it was better than what we have here.

As per, once got asked to go on a 'date' to Subway. :shock: Said no, let's go to the pub, so we did.

The ones I've had in this country are nowhere near as nice as those in the States. My favourite when over there is a Philly Cheesesteak with extra meat and some onions.
