Nice places you've never heard of

Post by Vespa »

We're looking for locations for my holiday tour next year. My pet yank is looking at places off the beaten track that are lovely but not well known to general tourism, so we're looking at New Mexico ski resorts in the summer that seem idelic.

So what spots have you been to that hardly anyone has heard of but are amazing?

I'd start with helgelandskysten in Norway which is the most beautiful trip anywhere in the World https://www.nasjonaleturistveger.no/en/ ... andskysten

Oh, la-de-da. Good for you. Whilst the rest of us key workers slog our guts out during a pandemic you panic about where to spend your holiday? Sick.Take a holiday from yourself and get a grip. I can't believe the nerve of you. How about you stay home and the money you save you donate to the NHS?

It'll go one of two ways. A nice holiday, or inoperable cancer. I'm hoping for the former.

Cheeky. Places you've been that other people haven't heard of.

I suppose you would have to use your imagination, guess them and hope by five hundred billion to one probability that they are real places which you coincidentally then visit.

LOL, I meant any towns I don’t know in Bavaria now which I may otherwise visit, if that makes any sense.
