I'm an Amazon cleanse - i.e. not buying anything from Amazon for September.

Holy shit it's fucking hard. I visit that site everyday still.

Buy so much from Amazon, mostly books but other stuff as well. Had to buy another bookcase recently as well.

I would have thought there was enough reading material on our beloved Talkforum Carlos without resorting to Amazon.

Here's a rich vein of quality reading.

When I get the new case up and everything in subject and alphabetical order, will do. :) Bit like Gaunt in front of his bookcase.

Have a kindle but only about 50 books on it and mostly free stuff, prefer to touch and feel a book.

Do it Carlos. Do it :D

For the record the most impressive bookshelf I've ever seen was a Jewish bloke in Stamford Hill. Not interesting in the slightest but certainly the most impressive. Floor to ceiling and wall to wall gold leaf bound tomes about Jewish law. Don't ask what the tiles were.

Ha, won't be that impressive, just a lot of old shit I like and collected over the years. Might take a few weeks but won't forget. :smt023:

Not got it that bad. :) But why do I need old copies of Guinness Book of Records that I had and memorised lots of as a kid (junior Norris), now? No reason, bar just having them.
