New BBC Question Time Thread

Post by Steve Hunt »

................seeing as my old one seems to have vanished :?

Anyone see last night's programme?

Starkey on cracking form as usual. Highly controversial, especially with islamic terrorism question.
Anna Soubry - simply awful
Douglas Alexander - came across a lot better than I would have believed

I listened to it in bed, I think I missed the end of it.

Starkey says what people think but are too scared to say, so he should be applauded for that, I don't think he got his points across fully though as was interupted too much. A man I would like to see what he said after a few beers.

Soubrey - Well her and facts do not go together.

Ahmed, Well fucking hell they had to have the token apologist on.............
.I had an unpleasant dream last night about farting in a crowded lift and nobody farting back in solidarity

It was a classic example of the dhimification of the BBC

Alexander is a cunt

Soubry will lose her seat in May thank goodness as she is terrible

Mehdi Hasan didn't know his arse from his elbow; statist / anti-statist and Islamic terrorism apologist / Islamic terrorism critic

Dumblebum is useless he allowed Hasan to constantly talk-over Starkey

Despite being in a Tory area the audience was stuffed full of leftists as usual

The programme should be euthanised to put us all out of our misery

I caught the program this morning, luckily, as a recorded show, I could bypass the dross, such as the mainstream lipservice politicians, and Medhi Hassan - the one who thinks us non-muslims are "cattle" (according to the only one worth listening to).
Unfortunately, it was only 10 minutes worth.
Anyone (such as Tick) that uses 'gammon' as a racial pejorative is as much a racist as those who use the word nigger and similar pejoratively.

It should, - although there is a version (australian, I think) where they have dispensed with the mainstream politicians, and only had a cross-section of individuals on the panel, - the one I saw made for a highly interesting show, and the BBC should consider it to breathe some new life into the tired program.

All this moaning from you and others yet you all still watch it.

Perhaps that's why they leave it as.

What else is there too watch ??

It can be funny, the problem is its full of people who are too offended to hear the truth.

Last night about the teacher, should it have been on there, if so, ill say it, fuck it if I was him id do the same, but you can imagine what kind of response I would get for that.......

Did you read my earlier post?
I watch it from recorded so that I can forward through the dross.

How did your hero perform, in your opinion?

Be careful RC! It would appear that Roy has adopted the Alan Brazil method whereby one only watches 10 minutes out of 60 and yet I suspect he will know all there is to know about the whole programme.
