Re: The Religion of Peace? (Part 2)
For those who say that multiculturalism does not affect us all in one way or another, - here's a small but not entirely irrelevant example of the religion of peace, with its inbuilt misogyny, costing us taxpayers £millions.

Anyone (such as Tick) that uses 'gammon' as a racial pejorative is as much a racist as those who use the word nigger and similar pejoratively.

I think you'll find the cost of all the security operations devoted to maintaining the peace Islam is so synonymous with will make that figure pale into insignificance.Roy Twing wrote:For those who say that multiculturalism does not affect us all in one way or another, - here's a small but not entirely irrelevant example of the religion of peace, with its inbuilt misogyny, costing us taxpayers £millions.

Learn English at you own expense or do one, preferably before you get here. Can't disagree with either of the points above, - point here though is that there are some on here who refuse to believe that the doctrine of multiculturalism negatively affects the indigenous population in any way, - the example I gave is a small but inarguable example that destroys their argument.

How does one destroy an argument without arguing about it?Roy Twing wrote:Can't disagree with either of the points above, - point here though is that there are some on here who refuse to believe that the doctrine of multiculturalism negatively affects the indigenous population in any way, - the example I gave is a small but inarguable example that destroys their argument.
Imagine a vaccine so safe you have to blackmailed into taking it, for a virus so deadly you have to be tested to know if you have it.

A lot of these women will have come from backgrounds where the most basic education will have been denied to them or simply unattainable.
Teaching them English as a means of empowerment as well as to help them integrate better into UK society is a good thing.
Strange how those who always bang on about the suppression of women in Muslim societies are now the same who wish to deny them a means of breaking free from said suppression.

No-one would argue that these women should be free of the oppression of a barbaric religion, but that is an entirely different debate.
In this case, we are repeatedly preached to by your lot that multiculturalism doesn't cost 'us' anything, either socially or economically - this is a single small example to the contrary - do you agree or disagree?

He's like a salesman for multiculturalism who has the answer to every objection possible whilst making sure the customer is never teold of any disadvantages.
Meanwhile there has been some honest reporting of the European migrant crisis over on RT again.
AND...
Meanwhile over at the BBC the last one was reported in a manner the Bavarian minister was a nasty bastard who eventually had to pay for the accommodation himself. No mention of course of insignificant facts such as he had nowhere to house any of them but still had another 70 refugees per day rolling up adding to the mess.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-35316913
I can reveal why. When you have 100 homes but two thousand people seeking accommodation, the reason they aren't given a free house isn't anything to do with not having resourses, it's because the Germans are racist.

Police or soldier 'target in IS-inspired moped plot'
Four men inspired by the Islamic State group plotted to kill a police officer, soldier or civilian in one or more "drive-by" shootings, a jury has heard.
Prosecutors told the Old Bailey the men had acquired a gun and ammunition, and planned to buy an untraceable moped.
They researched potential west London locations online, the court heard.
Nathan Cuffy, 26, Nyall Hamlett, 25, Suhaib Majeed, 21, and Tarik Hassane, 22, from west London, deny conspiracy to murder and preparing terrorist acts.
Opening the case, prosecutor Brian Altman QC said police scuppered murderous plans borne out of a "warped ideology" when they arrested the men in the autumn of 2014.
He said Mr Hassane had used his iPad to search the Google Streetview photo-mapping service for Shepherd's Bush police station and the Parachute Regiment Territorial Army Barracks at White City.
It appeared medical student Mr Hassane and Mr Majeed were discussing the purchase of a moped that could not be traced back to them, as well as a garage to store the moped and their weapon, he added.
Mr Altman said: "The evidence points to this being a plot to kill - a plot to execute a policeman or a soldier or, as I say, even an ordinary member of the public - in one or more assassinations either involving a drive-by shooting or a shooting on foot and then a speedy escape by moped."

There is nothing wrong in helping women learn English in order to lead better lives and integrate further into wider society.
A state is there to provide infrastructure of various kinds for the population. And it does so through the use of public funds. This proposal to help women using said methods is a positive step and should be welcomed.

I suspect this will make little difference.
Those who want to learn English are probably doing so. Those who don't, won't and the rest will be dissauded from doing it.
