Blip or pre cursor to the crash?

Post by paolo »

Some here don't recognise any indicators of an ever closer financial disaster (they might be right, i am in the tin foil hat category and i accept that)

are you making contingency plans, have you changed plans, maybe not buying a large item on finance or another house or even taking your cash out of the bank now we have bail ins and we are now classed as depositors

i'm probably late, but i am taking steps tp put my house on the market and to thin out he bank accounts

obvious issue is...how will you store wealth if it is not all in currency and you don't want to risk crypto or burying it in the woods

Deutsche banks shares dropped to their lowest level since their crisis in 2016 yesterday. Considering they hold all of Barclays and Citybanks among others money, when they collapse, and they will, we're all fucked.

Bit weird coming from you, derek, a man incapable of dealing with things normally on a forum.

But deutsche bank collapsing will usher in a new mega recession. and it is going to collapse. All experts say its not if, but when.

Why don't people just wait for the pop and deal with it instead of all these fatal predictions that never come to fruition.

Because some people have a self-image that they, and only they, have an apocalyptic view, and they need to remind us (themselves) of it.
Unfortunately the boy cries wolf way too many times.
Irritating for us, but think of the poor people who are told they have to move home because their dad thinks the world is about to end.

People read a headline about financial disaster and pass it on to family, friends and colleagues as if it's verbatim.
Later when it does not happen never an apology from the source who got it from a source etc ad infinitem.
A few weeks later same source same story.
Law of percentages they wil get it right sometime and then say I told you so :!:
