Seems odd that highly trained operatives would leave some deadly nerve agent, easily identifiable as Novichok, in a perfume bottle in a skip.

What the man on the street feels is fed by what we read and through the comfort of not having to stand by our opinions. Shady shit goes on in far more subtle ways and all governments are culpable.

Bottom line is Putin knows he can act with impunity due to constitutional reform, prior form going unpunished and the fact the western world are shit scared of actioning big words, much like the man on the street.
