Gone with any luck.

I'm sick of hearing her make soundbite quotes like ensuring her government delivers the Brexit the British public voted for while having absolutely no intention of doing so.

In all probability though she'll just about scrape through on the grounds the alternative is one step closer towards Corbyn, Abbot and McDonnell running the place. Then the country would be well and truly fucked Brexit or not.

The trouble is this whole affair has highlighted two things. How parliament thinks they are the ones in control of us and secondly how hopelessly inadequate modern self-serving politicians are. They went into this for lucrative careers not to represent the public.

She will lose the vote because her party hates her Brexit

I think she will win.
The question is how much.
A very small majority doesnt help her.
It is probably forgotten but there are many Tory MPs who are remainers, possibly even the majority.
I think they will vote for her because of the prospect of a no deal exit.
As for MPs thinking they are in charge, actually in our constitution they ARE. Referendums do not fit our system, which is why it they are described as advisory.

You mean if public opinion contradicts their views we get overrided. If that's the case then they do not work for us and we don't have a democracy.

I think at the very most 90-100 Tory MPs will vote against her, and she'll then win the vote.

As for Tory Remainers - the likes of Soubry, Allen etc they will back her, IMO - even if they hate her deal, they'd much rather her than BoJo, JRM etc.

Although lots of ministers are coming out on Twitter in support of her, wonder if anyone will turn the other way when in a secret ballot?

May is absolutely deluded, and just when you think she's peaked ; she'll come out with something even more ridiculous than the day before, but the biggest losers out of this will be the ERG Tory group. The horse bolted there a long time ago and tonight will prove that their policies are not even popular among their own party never mind the population of the UK. Wonder even if some of the 48 letters are from May loyalists.

We'll find out tonight, but I think there's little chance of her losing.

Thatcher resigned even though she won a first leadership ballot.
If May wins by a small margin will she get the message and resign, or will she fight on?

I don't think she will get the message, Vinny.

She's absolutely deluded. Even a win of plus 1 or 2 votes, she'll batter on.

She'll still go though, perhaps not tonight as evidently, she'll win the vote but she's damaged good just as Thatcher was in 1990 when she won the Common's vote. Everything in the party is too fractious and the Leavers will still grouse but have no one capable of replacing her properly. What a state of affairs but the Tories are damaged beyond repair now so probably a good thing.
