Depends what you call 'black', in another life I had the pleasure, or otherwise, of spending my midday hour standing in a school playground trying to stop 5-8 year old taking lumps out of each other, one day I heard an almighty shouting and went to see what was going on to find an 8 year old from the sub Continent shouting abuse at another whose mum was white and whose dad was from Nigeria, the Asian kid was yelling that the other was a dog and not a proper person because she was black and everyone knew that dogs are dirty.
This from an 8 year old who could only have got that from her parents, so yes, 'black' people can be racist.

If you want to know why mental health cuts are so awful this case sums it up.
Violent schizophrenic with a history of attacking people. Gets in an argument on a train, moves to another carriage, Pomeroy follows him eventually said violent schizophrenic stabs Pomeroy to death.
One dead man, two ruined families, one schizophrenic in jail.
Or it could just be a black guy went looking to kill a white guy.

Apparently the killer had accused the victim of being a racist, despite no evidence of such.
Even when the victims, we're still the racists.
