You can't be very bright if you're not sure whether throwing a milkshake over someone is assault. But most of us already knew that anyway.

It was all great when Robinson and Farage had one over them. Burger King joined in with the fun, avatars were changed in support of slinging shakes. Even if it does go to court id be extremely extremely surprised if Owen is completely innocent.

He could have gone to a traditional working class pub with his ilk just to offend and provoke. He may have been simply gently ushered out of the pub as the locals and landlord may have got totally disgusted with their antics to which he went completely over the top and yelled "homophobic assault" and simply exaggerated everything like being kicked in his head.
