Exactly. A massive case of hypocrisy.
  • Man lives in uninsulated rented accommodation that he's not allowed to insultate.
  • Man protests that the government doesn't mandate insulation for social housing.
  • Zambo calls him a hypocritic because his rented house isn't insulated.

Forum logic at its finest.
Most definitely a massive hypocrite as well as scum for encouraging people to delay visits to hospitals with one at least ends up by having a massive stroke. It is difficult to understand how anyone would encourage donations to people like that.

and....Housing association tenants can apply for the following energy efficiency improvement grants: Housing association tenants can apply for the following energy efficiency improvement grants: Cavity wall insulation grants (LPG, oil, solid fuel or electric properties only) ... Room in Roof Insulation
He doesn't have shared ownership there isn't eligible for a grant and is not allowed to rip out his windows.

I'd not thought of donating to Insultate Britain, but I've dropped them a few pounds.

Insulate Britain is an offshoot of Extinction Rebellion.
I didn't know giving money to Labour meant you're were secretly giving money to the LibDems because it was partly founded by ex-Labour members .... who knew
The bottom line is that your signature encourages people to donate to Insulate Britain.

I know, providing a link to XRs donate page and not Insulate Britain's donate page totally encourages people to donate to Insulate Britain. #ZamboLogic

It’s quite a skill they have. You having to admire them in a way. To do what they do hour after hour, day after day does take some doing.

Oh, absolutely, it's definitely a skill.
They don't give two hoots about the stuff they write, and I'm sure they don't believe it deep down; it's more of a mindset they get into, thinking how they can enrage their Middle England readership day after day with bigoted articles about immigrants, Brexit, political correctness etc
If you read the DM every day for 5 years, you'd have a very warped view of the UK, not to mention an unremittingly negative one.

Not as warped as watching the BBC and reading The Guardian every day though. It also makes you post youtubes and pretend that Jacob William Rees-Mogg has said something he hasn't.

:dart:

I remember reading an article about the weather in the DM online. They journalists quoted the wether in Fahrenheit. Nothing wrong with that if they’re over a certain age. But the merest bit of research showed the writers were in their late twenties. Which makes you wonder who the article was actually aimed at.
