As to many people having access to someone's Instagram account, I'll take that at face value having no knowledge of how it works or if people other than the named one can post using it.
There seems to have been a falling out over something which hasn't been made public and one or the other is trying to make mischief, and never underestimate the ability of a jealous or somehow belittled woman 's ability to get her own back, however rich or pregnant she may be.
