He thinks he knows best who Labour should choose and that would ideally be a bloke with a flat cap and a whippet. The kind of person who he thinks the working-class, or at least those in the Hovis advert, would like

Quite. And quaint.

I think people have had enough of this working class bolloks Hillman.
Its a horrible term which seeks to keep people in their place and exploit them.

I think society will always sort itself into groups or tiers.
We have done it for centuries based on class, primarily to do with birth.
The US does it on wealth.
Anyone here who talks about having a "classless society" means leave the status quo alone,

I am quoting m4krb not myself.
It is a myth anyway that Labour's supporters are limited to "working class" and a metropolitan elite.
There are many people who are social democrats and fit neither label.

Yes, but you have gone to the lengths of creating your own personal terms to describe these people. Why so?

No I certainly haven't.
I described some group or other in a way you didn't like I recall, but whilst I can't think what it was now , it wasn't the so called " working class ". I don't do class, which I regard as completely self inflicted - especially in this day and age.

Oh dear, 'self inflicted'. You really are one.

I see Labour List is making RLB the front runner. Odd.

And if they vote for a young, female leader you'd be the first on here to accuse them of bowling to political correctness.

I'll watch it later, I just caught her briefly and thought she LOOKEd good. :P I used to not like what she had to say, but she seems to have taken the place of Caroline Flint as a moderate.

I'd be delighted , as it would make PMQs entertaining at least, and I will certainly look forward to the bowling
to see if they are as good as Jimmy Anderson.

Can't see past Corbyn's continuity candidate RLB romping home myself .

Can't see momentum loosening their grip on Her Maj's opposition by letting a moderate take over .
